Lazarev. design task & strategy
Happiness needed a design boost that would turn it into an immersive experience. Lazarev. task was to do exactly that, ensuring the app captures users’ attention from the onboarding and retains it throughout the whole engagement with the platform.
We loved the project’s idea and the challenge. So our mobile app design journey began.
As always, we started with the discovery phase. Our team ran an analysis of the product, market, and competitors. Next, we moved on to design, implementing newfound insights into UX structure, functionality, and visuals.
Given the project’s goal was to engage users in the Happiness experience and elevate the retention rate, our design squad packed it with gamification elements and added new features.
Specifically, we built a new onboarding that takes only a minute to join Happiness and created a Leaderboard. The latter provides a competitive vibe as it keeps users motivated to establish a habit and drives them to come back to the app again and again.
