About the project
A rebuilt platform where every product opens its own revenue
Insticator helps publishers turn readers into revenue. Its adtech platform drives engagement through comments, article reactions, trending content, video ads, and other forms of digital interaction, and each of those is a product a publisher can buy.
The trouble was that these products were wired into each other, so none could run alone. That architectural bottleneck capped the whole business. Sales could not offer a single product by itself, so deals stayed big or stayed dead. Growth had nowhere to go, because every new idea had to move the entire system at once.
Lazarev.agency redesigned the platform end to end to untangle it. We rebuilt it as Publisher Portal 2.0, on an architecture where each product connects, configures, and sells as a standalone unit, with its own analytics and logic, while the whole thing still reads as one coherent platform. Along the way we gave every product one consistent reporting model and rebuilt the units falling behind.
Now Insticator can price, grow, and monetize every product on its own terms, with no part of the system holding the rest back.
