Kirill Lazarev

I'm Kirill Lazarev, founder and CEO of Lazarev.agency, UI/UX mentor, and a judge for top design award competitions worldwide.

My journey in web design started in 2015. From the beginning, the goal was to build digital experiences that grow businesses.

I'm a proud Professional Member of AIGA, the largest design community in the U.S. For me it's a responsibility more than a badge: I help select award winners, guide strategic initiatives, and mentor designers to push the boundaries of creativity.

I'm also part of the Art Directors Club of Europe (ADCE), a non-profit uniting over 7,500 top creatives from 22 countries, where I work to raise the bar for European creative communication and contribute to the industry's growth.

On top of that, I'm a member of Club 100 — an exclusive community of young entrepreneurs and CEOs shaping the future of Ukrainian business. With only 100 members, all running $1M+ businesses, we're building the economy, connecting with government officials, and launching social impact initiatives that matter.

When it comes to design awards, we're here to win. In just one year, my team and I have secured 140+ design accolades, including the prestigious Webby Awards, hailed as the "Internet's highest honour" on a global scale, and six Red Dot Awards, Europe's most renowned design recognition.
