Kseniia Shyshkova

I'm Kseniia, Head of Project Management at Lazarev.agency since 2019. I've spent over a decade in the design industry and more than seven years in project management, and I've led 400+ projects across SaaS, edtech, e-commerce, real estate, events, and AI.

Together with my team, I built Lazarev.agency's project management function from the ground up and introduced the hybrid agile workflow the agency runs on today. I now lead a team of 7+ project managers, backed by a knowledge base and training system we developed in-house to take junior managers to a senior level.

I'm a certified agile project manager (IAPM), with additional coursework in project and product management.
