How we helped Grand Founders boost 273% community growth through strategic platform design

About the project

How strategic design gave an offline mission global reach

Grand Founders needed a digital platform to connect three distinct audiences: multimillionaire investors seeking impact opportunities, entrepreneurs requiring funding and mentorship, and ambassadors driving community growth. With no existing online presence, Grand Founders struggled to showcase its mission and facilitate meaningful interactions between capital and innovation.

Grand Founders brought in Lazarev.agency to build a platform that would inspire immediate action from high-net-worth individuals while providing clear pathways for entrepreneurs to access support.

Here is how we designed a platform to earn trust, move capital, and grow a global community, and the results it delivered.

Community growth after launch.

One platform, three audiences, a single growing community

High-net-worth donors don’t support organizations they can't verify, and founders won't apply to a program they can't evaluate.

We designed the platform to answer both doubts with evidence. Grand Founders' track record of capital deployed, NGOs funded, and people reached sits in open view, so a first-time visitor can check the foundation's claims in minutes.

Three audiences, each on its own path to yes

An investor, a founder, and an ambassador arrive at the same site with different questions, and each leaves the moment the answer isn't theirs.

We rebuilt the content flow into three pathways:

1. Investors meet impact stories backed by transparent numbers and a visible community of peers managing serious capital.

2. Entrepreneurs see a credible program with a clear route from application to funding and mentorship.

3. Ambassadors see the programs open to them, from events to mentoring to an investor community, along with the momentum behind each one.

Visitors stop browsing someone else's pitch and start moving down their own path. Passive traffic became active participants.

How to design new customer onboarding that gets users to value fast?

A legacy-driven identity to win trust before the first meeting

A foundation asking multimillionaires for capital is judged on its appearance before anyone reads a word, and Grand Founders had no consistent identity to pass this first test.

We built a single system carrying the same authority everywhere a member meets the brand. Each touchpoint now reinforces the impression of an established institution. Investors get a reason to take the foundation seriously at first contact, while entrepreneurs feel backed by a legitimate institution. Trust forms faster, and faster trust shows up as donor conversions and partnership requests.
