Biography

I'm Kirill Lazarev — Founder & CEO of Lazarev.agency, UI/UX mentor, and a judge for top design award competitions worldwide.

My journey in web design started in 2015. But I didn’t just want to create "nice" interfaces — I set out to build digital experiences that grow businesses.

I’m a proud Professional Member of AIGA, the largest design community in the U.S. It’s more than just a badge — it’s a responsibility. As a member, I shape the future of design by helping select award winners, guiding strategic initiatives, and mentoring designers to push the boundaries of creativity.

I’m also part of the Art Directors Club of Europe (ADCE), a non-profit uniting over 7,500 top creatives from 22 countries. Here, I work to raise the bar for European creative communication, sharing insights, and contributing to the industry’s growth. It’s about more than just design — it’s about building connections that fuel creative excellence.

On top of that, I’m a member of Club 100 — an exclusive community of young entrepreneurs and CEOs shaping the future of Ukrainian business. It’s not just networking; it’s about driving real change. With only 100 members (all generating $1M+ annually), we’re building the economy, connecting with government officials, and launching social impact initiatives that matter.

When it comes to design awards, I’m not here to participate — I’m here to win. In just one year, I’ve secured 70+ design accolades, including the prestigious Webby Awards, hailed as the "Internet’s highest honor" on a global scale. My team and I have also earned five Red Dot Awards, Europe’s most renowned design recognition.

Our commitment to excellence isn’t a one-time thing — it’s a promise we make every day to our clients, our team, and the design world at large.

The backdrop includes modern furniture such as two green sofas, a coffee table with plants and water, and a dark-themed wall. The speaker wears sunglasses, a light jacket, black pants, and sneakers, gesturing with both hands mid-talk. The screen also displays the website “https://www.lazarev.agency/” and branding for LAZAREV.
